Hello! We are the Burgeson Family, owners and operators of Stay Awhile Cohosting | a vacation rental "cohosting" company based in beautiful Portland, OR. We started this business after struggling to find affordable housing in the city. With a baby on the way, we were motivated to work hard and come up with any creative means to supplement our housing costs. We eventually found a company that allowed us to sublease our rental home and manage an Airbnb out of it in exchange for discounted rent. 3 years later, we proudly had accrued 200+ five-star reviews on our Superhost profile and discovered a passion for helping others produce efficient, high-performing short-term rentals!
