We typically
discuss the layout of your property, revenue projections, any initial questions you might have and the terms of our contract.

Become A Client
We will walkthrough the property together, calculate the initial onboarding cost, complete a "Furnishing & Product Report", & determine a launch date for your short-term rental.

Staging Begins
We will populate an updated contract with our management proposal & Onboarding Fee. Once both parties have signed and the initial Onboarding Fee has been paid, we will begin setting up your property online and in person.

Launch!
Once the property has been furnished, staged & all administrative tools are in place, your short-term rental goes live and our partnership begins! You will be invoiced on a weekly or bi-monthly basis and direct deposit of funds from your unit will be setup.
